Cheap duplexes around the Denver area??

What up guys! I heard a lot about house hacking on this website and the PB podcasts as well as in books, I really wanna give it a shot! Does anyone know about any cheap duplexes around the Denver area (will rehab if needed), preferably a duplex with a home path program. Im looking to live in one of the units while having a tenant living in the other. Any referrals and/or good advice would be much appreciated!
