Hard money loan in Tacoma for owner-occupied, house hacker folks?

Hi All, this is my first really substantive post. I need to find a hard money lender so I can bid on an auction property that will become our live-in BRRR. We are buy-and-hold. Auction is this Friday. We have never used hard money before. It seems most only want to lend to people who intend to flip the house. Any suggestions? Thank you.
