Young Investor Just Getting Started
Hi,
I am a new investor that just recently became interested in investing in real estate, however, I am interested in starting with a rental property and my partner is more intrigued by flipping. Not having any experience in either (besides watching HGTV) I was wondering if anyone with experience in these areas could point me in the right direction and possibly give me some pros and cons for both so I can weigh them for myself. Maybe you could share some of your experiences about how you began and any advice you would give to a novice real estate investor.
Thanks,
Max
