Hi Steve I am very new at this game. I have a property that we are going to buy for 7,000 and proably spend 30,000 to 40,000 to fix it up. two of my bfriends would be putting up the cash, I found the deal and i would be working partner. Would I ge paid for my work or would I run the rental property and set up the contractors. I do not have a fukll time Job at the moment so i would need to establish some kind of fixed income?

Thank You
