i Have a freind that is willing to give me a 6 rental property for the back taxes of 6,000. The property needs fixing up proably 50,000 worth of improvments. There is a renter that pays 650 a month for the past 18 years at this rental.
Since I found the property and the freind is giving me the deal. My problem is I can get the money but i nwould have to bring in 2 more partners, they would be silent and i would be the worker, what should be my split and how would i get paid for doing all the work the 6 rental bldg needs?

Please help

Defining what will happen when once or more people WANT OUT of a partnership or a deal is just as important as defining the partnership going into the purchase.

Partnerships are easy to get into and hard to get out of.

It's easy to date a woman, get married etc. It's much harder to break up or get a divorce.

I would have a real estate attorney well versed in partnerships to draw up and go over the agreement listing specific roles for each party.
