Mitigating risk on seller financing
I have been hearing about the wonders of seller financing here on BP. My concern is how to do it safely. There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there, who could try to take a property back even when payments are made. I'm also suspicious of people who advertise seller financing on places like Craigslist.
