FHA for Multi family home
I am looking to buy a Duplex or Triplex using an FHA loan. My concern at the moment is that I am using the rental property calculator and can't seem to find anything with a cash on cash return in the positives is that because I am not putting down the 20%? If so what numbers should I be aiming for with the calculator.
