I am 18 years old. I want to get started in real estate.
I have a very strong passion for real estate. I understand the idea of financial freedom and the benefits that passive income in the sense of monthly rent have on an individual.
I am foaming at the mouth to get started in some way to launch my real estate career. I like the mentality of “jump first then swim.” I would love to own properties but at this stage in life I don’t have the funds to support that.
What I am basically trying to get to is where is a good starting point for someone my age that is very ambitious? I know that there are many ways to partake in real estate and I need some way to get this thing going.
