Conventional loan delayed. What to expect?
I'm buying a home as primary residence. The projected closing date is 07/05, but the loan hasn't even gone through underwriter. I called bank several times, but they say they are still processing loans closing in June. Should I just wait and see what happens? What are my odds of actually getting the loan on time? Or should I be prepared to deal with delay?

The safest way is to be prepared with a Plan "B".Right now, I'd place your odds at 50/50-so not much help. Rich
