Question about what bank considers rental income
Just a quick question.
My significant other and I split the mortgage payment on our home. We are not married. The house is in her name. Would the bank consider my payment to her rental income? What if she drafted a lease and I signed it?
Was just a thought and wanted to see what y'all said on here.
Thanks!
