Hard Money Loan w/ no experience, and w/not owning any property

Greetings Bigger Pockets,

I recently started looking into real estate investment and BRRR. I am currently looking at investment properties, and one of the challenges I am having is obtaining a hard money loan. This will be my first BRRR property and since I have never flipped a property lenders that I have spoken with are requiring for me to own a home. Does anyone know of any ways to get funding that do not require owning a home to first time flippers.
