Owning an LLC Without Breaking My Legal Status
Hello,
I am in the United States under a F1 Visa(International Student). I would like to invest some of my saving buying houses and then renting them out in the state of Tennessee. The idea is creating an LLC 50% to 50% with an American friend. I was wondering, what is the process that I have to follow to not break my legal status?
Thank you very much,
