House Hacking in Vegas

Hello, fellow investors.

I had a recent post about buying multifamily homes in Vegas. Some members passed on some valuable knowledge explaining this might not be the best option given the state of most multifamily proprieties in Vegas.

So, given the state of multifamily houses, does this mean any attempt to house hack is DOA?

What about with a decent duplex? What are your thoughts? Thanks!
