Question about creating an LLC
A friend of mine is an insurance broker. He said most of his real estate clients create a separate LLC for each property. That way a tenant can't sue for other properties you own. Is that what most people do? If you acquire multiple properties it seems like a lot of overhead work to manage a bunch of different companies.
