I m from NY. Looking to purchase a MFH in CT in Bridgeport/New Haven. (Open to Suggestions) Using house hacking method. I have been researching the market. CMAs seem all over the place. Still can't tell which area is best for a newbie like me to start. Using my VA loan. Any ideas on which area is on the rise? Where are the D locations vs the B/C locations? Please advise. Thanks
