Titling of Bank Account

Happy Thursday everyone-
I have two partners that will be paying cash for a out of state rental with me.  (Me: 55%, Partner 1: 30% and Partner 2: 15%)  How should the bank account work?  Do we just open a new joint account that is titled in all of our names?
