Is the Lee Arnold System worth it?

I'm considering getting started with the Lee Arnold System to be able to offer private brokering in addition to what I already do. Does anyone have any insight on his system? And if its worth the time and the $398? From what it looks like, it seems like I would be bird dogging for private lenders and getting a small cut of the deal. Any advice?

I got an email about this offer too. What I don't understand is if he's so desperate to lend money out then why charge people who want to bring him deals?

If he was so profitable, then he wouldn't have to sell his "system". Pass.  It's a waste of money.

I just spoke to them and the price was 20K to join the inner circles and attend a 3-day class in Idaho.
