Hello!

I’m New to BP and just wondering if anyone had any insight for a good property management company and contractor In the Lansing, MI area .. I’m working with a good agent and pulling the trigger on my first buy and hold this September .

Any tips for investing in the Lansing area would be amazing .. thanks !
