Careers to pursue when Real estate investing is the end goal

Just starting a career and the sky is the limit. I have a bachelors degree but not in anything involving real estate or other high earning field. I want to know what career fields/job titles would be useful to be in that would help to push me towards being a real estate investor in the future. Jobs that would give me hands on experience with things that I would encounter when investing. I have thought of property manager, CPA, Mortgage underwriter, real estate agent, and working for a contractor. My interest is real estate preferably residential but aside from that I just need some direction. P.S. I already own a duplex and now have 1 year of Landlord experience and will be moving towards acquiring properties soon but would like to do this alongside already having a career in real estate.
