Researching real estate markets
Hi all,
I am brand new to REI and wanted to get some experience learning how to research markets as to their viability to invest in. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of what resources you are using to research markets or how you are able to determine whether or not an area is a good market to invest in. Thanks in advance.
