Investing within your Strengths
So I'm relatively new to real estate investing but it seems like one of the common themes is capturing the unrealized potential of existing properties. Then developing that potential and flipping or holding.
I am a 20 year structural designer of residential proprieties. My days are spent immersed in new construction and almost no remodeling.
My question is, what strategy is best when ALL your experience is in new construction?
Thanks
Tim
