Luxury and Commercial Advice For An 18 Year Old Agent

So I just graduated high school and I'm going to be going to college as a full-time student because I love learning and want to be successful. I'm only 18 years old and I know it'll take years of hard work and consistency to get to where the best people are. I have a great mentor but, I would like as much help as I can get. So, can anyone give me advice regarding how to build up my reputation and the other ways to successfully enter Luxury and Commercial real estate? I also would like advice on real estate investing for someone as young as me with no credit history. I'm definitely willing to learn.
