Looking for Attorneys that specialize in Housing Laws in CA
I'm about to start "house-hacking" my home for the first time and I'd like to consult a licensed attorney that specializes in Housing Laws in California, specifically the Los Angeles area. I'd like to be as prepared as possible to make sure I don't violate any laws, since this is my first time doing this.
I'd like to network with attorneys in the area to make sure I have all the necessary legal documents to get started leasing part of my unit.
Are there any other resources I can utilize where I can become/stay informed of the latest Landlord-Tenant laws here in Los Angeles, CA? Any tip/suggestions with getting started are greatly appreciated!
