Where to start? wholesale/flip/BURR/etc

Just found this site today and I think it is and will be a great resource going forward. I have about $100k-$150k that I would like to start using for real estate investing. I've been researching a lot about wholesaling, flipping, BRRRR and many other things. Trying to determine the best route to go to keep as much of the investment liquid, but also getting a good return on my money. Do I flip and get a good return in months or go the buy and rent route and create more passive income for longer?

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

I know it all basically comes down to what I want my end result to be and I guess I'm still trying to determine that.  But I would love some input from you all who have done it for a while and are just starting out. I just want some honest opinions.  If you don't mind sharing. :)

Thanks!
