How to analyze a Buy and Hold Property if I owner occupy for 1 yr
Any insight would be great! Do I just subtract whatever P&I I pay off while living in the home for the first two years when I run the buy and hold calculator? Anything else I should think about? Anyone else get the first property by first living in

@Joe Niemiec I've done my first 3 as primary residences initially. I just run the numbers as if I'm buying it as a straight investment property. Ideally I prefer the ones where I am living for free or making money every month right off the bat over ones that might have underrented other unit/s.
