Dear wholesalers, 

when you contact other real estate professionals, or for other industries for that matter, please be straight forward about your role about any given transaction. 

When you approach others as the principal buyer, but your profile and discussions on BP and the net reflects otherwise, you are just harming your reputation. Those who want to work with you, will, and those who don't will probably hesitate to work with you once they realize they were lied to, even if you have value to add.
