Rent, Hold, or Sell?
Have a free and clear property. Could rent for 700/mo. or could sell for ~35k.
I worry that this property would create more headaches than it’s worth, and that this is more of a job than an investment. If I sell I would plan to roll the 35k into another investment and get out of the area this home is in.
Any input or advice on this property?
