I live in Los Angeles and I'm in the process of getting my CA real estate salesperson license in order to educate myself about real estate. The goal is to work full-time in real estate while my wife and I analyze and take down deals as multi-family investors. What job would you get that could keep the lights on and help you become a better investor? Why?

Thanks for the help!
