Advice on Buying 2nd Home

Hey BP!

My husband and I live in Indiana and bought our 1st single family home this year. We would like to buy a second property and rent it out. Any advice on buying another property so soon?  Will we need more than 20% down if our next home is an income property?  Are there other ways to finance if we don't have a large down payment yet?
