First RE investment
Hello all! I finally decided to start actively looking for my first investment. Do you think that it is wise to start with a small building of 4-6 apartments instead of a single apartment? And to look for deals in the area that I'm more interested in, should I look for every deal I can find only or should I contact as much re agents as I can?
