Staying patient when selling first property
I have just listed my first property. I have held this property for 3 years now and am ready for more. The property values in my area have gone up quite a bit and I want to use the funds from the sale to start investing using the brrrr strategy. However, I am driving myself crazy in hopes the property sells quickly. I am trying to stay occupied using this time to learn more, talk to realtors, research markets, etc. I am finding it hard to stay patient though. I guess my question is what do you do to keep yourself occupied or what do you focus on while waiting on your property to sell?
Thanks
