Hello all, I'm a newbie wholesaler in need of a recommendation for a title company who is experienced in assignments, double closing, etc. in the Charlotte or surrounding area thanks.

@Louise Simmons Harry Marsh is the king of investor/creative closings in the Charlotte area. Others can do it, but none as efficiently and certainly there is nobody as experienced as he is. Look up "Harry Marsh Law" for any assignment/double close or creative deal you need closed.

Also, just so you're aware, North Carolina is an "attorney-close" state and requires an attorney to close any real estate transaction (unlike, for instance Florida, which is a title-close state and does not require an attorney). Title companies are handled exclusively by the closing attorneys themselves.
