Book Recommendations for Newbies

Hey everyone! I am completely new to the idea of real estate investing. I have no idea how a mortgage works or what all the acronyms stand for. I am very interested in rental property but do not know real estate basics like what my relationship with an agent or contractor or anyone else I'm supposed to connect with looks like. I would really appreciate if you shared what books helped you in the beginning of your real estate investing journey or which books do you wish you would have read early on?
