New Multi-Family Real Estate Idea - Where do I start?

Inara Patton
Posted

I have a unique Multi-family real estate idea. I have already completed a business plan and a pitch deck. But because this is a new venture for me, I am just starting to network with people within the real estate industry. So my question is, what specific type of investor/developer should I be reaching out to in order to take this thing from an idea to a reality. I am still doing my own research and connecting with investors. But I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
