So I just accepted my first offer

Hey guys,

I just accepted my first ever offer today and I'm extremely excited and nervous at the same time. I got a mfh just 20 mins outside of nyc with some healthy cash flow. I wanted to get an idea of what I'll be going through the next 60-90 days and any tips on dealing with the beginning stages?
