Future investor looking for advise...
Hi Everyone,
My husband and I recently became interested in the real estate (investor) market. We wanted to buy our first property and we started looking into purchasing a duplex. With very little down payment and closing cost available our options are limited. We are currency renting and our lease ends soon, so we want to have something lined up for then.
The issue were having is the duplexes that are on the market now are too expensive and they done make sense financially, so were are considering getting a condo or a small fixer upper single family home.
I am looking for the best direction to go to start with the little money we have right now. *We are from Fort Lauderdale Fl, houses are expensive*
