Brevard County, Florida Wholesale Newbie

Posted

Hi everyone!

I am new to the REI world and am looking to get started in the Wholesaling business. I've been studying it for a few weeks now and want to land my first deal soon! So I have a few questions for the experienced Wholesalers...

1). Should I consult with an attorney before I start looking for deals? If so, can anyone refer me to someone who is wholesale friendly in the Brevard County area?

2). When does the Title Company enter the Wholesale process? What other services are needed to close the deal? Can I get a reference for a Title Company and for the other services that may be needed?

Thank you in advance for your responses! If you're in or near Brevard, let's connect!
