Starting Out In Indianapolis

Hello all! New to BP here, and new to the real estate investment world. I’m currently located in Indianapolis, and am looking to get started in real estate investing. I’m exploring several options, and have limited capital due to having recently completed graduate school. I’m hoping to make some connections, as well as to get some advice from others who’ve started in a similar situation about how to accomplish my first deal. I really want to get started, and am eager to learn. Hope to hear from some of you and get to know some folks! Thanks!

@Corey Minard thanks for the tips! I'm actually reading the Beginners Guide to REI right now, and it's a great read so far. I'll be reaching out soon with questions, I'm sure. Thanks again!
