Finding a Mentor near me/ And how to ask for help.

My name is Jacob O’Hara I’m 22, I am currently in the Seattle Washington area. I’ve been listening to a lot of podcast, and have done a ton of research over the years in Real Estate and Investing. Over the years I have been a bit on a lost road I haven’t had much direction in my life and always had real estate in the back of my mind. But I have come to the conclusion that this is truly the path for me and I have been dedicated to getting myself on track and becoming a investor. I know the power a mentor can have on somebody starting out and how much I can help and jump start your Career. I’m curious as to how people find and approach people into letting you work for them. I know I must come from a point of what I can offer. Any information helps, thank you to anybody who replies. God Bless!
