Starting out Wholesaling in Orlando. Any Firefighters here on BP?

I have changed careers recently and am hoping to understand the process of starting the grind in wholesaling in the Orlando area. Born/Raised in Orlando. Looking to meet with anyone (not just Firefighters) around to get lunch, dinner, coffee, beer etc. and talk REI.

For what it's worth, I bring value to the table to make your time and knowledge worth sharing with me. I have a strong foundation and have no problem putting in the time to find the information I need but would love to network with local players and hope to create lasting relationships with. I'm eager to learn, willing to grind, and obsessed with getting better.
