Where to begin? (20 years old)
I am a college student currently working on a Masters degree in Architecture, hence my interest in real estate. I am currently even more novice than a beginner. I do not have a stable income and do not have have a great credit score but what I do have is the desire to participate and learn in real estate but I am overwhelmed by the information given as I can't tell up from down in different types of real estate or at least not knowledgeable enough to start down a path. I was wondering what the best options are from people who have done it. Obviously this becomes more of a long term goal as I probably need some sort of income rather than a summer job working construction but the more I know the better prepared I can be for when the time comes. As I said I am focused on a degree but I have interests in passive income as well as maybe some rehab or investment properties. Any input is great and will surely help, Thank you.

Hey @Andrew Smith I was in your shoes a few years ago. I would start off by improving your credit score and saving up some money for an emergency fund while you finish your degree. In the meantime, you can also learn from BP and read some books. @David Greene's BRRRR book is a great one so is the Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Rich Dad Poor Dad. Try to absorb as much information as you can and narrow down on your true RE goals and plan of action after improving your financial situation. Feel free to reach out with any other questions.
