Who/How do I call the first 100 people I know?
Wutup People!!!
I start my real estate journey next month and not if, but when I pass my real estate exam I am so excited to start on this journey. Once I decided I wanted to be part of this community I looked up real estate podcasts and have been obsessed with BiggerPockets ever since! I started from episode 1 and I just can't get enough!
With my class starting in a month I'm starting to prepare myself in the industry and how to become successful quickly. That being said,
Does anyone know how or what to do when it comes to calling friends and family and people that you know to see if they are interested in buying or selling a home or if they know anyone that needs to buy or sell a home?
Do you just make a list of 100 people you know and cold call?
Do you send out a mass email to 100 people you know?
Do you send out personalized emails to 100 people you know?
Advice?
Thanks team!
