Accurate Crime Stats
I've been looking into a few cities to begin investing in real estate (buy n hold). A few websites list Cleveland OH as one of the best cities for investors for a number of reasons. One of my concerns is the crime rate. I have looked at a few websites and have found that neighborhoodscout.com seems to capture the crime rates in specific neighborhoods fairly well. Has anyone found this site to be accurate? Are there other websites or sources you would suggest? Thank you!
