Question about cash flow for investment property
Hey, quick question here.
When you buy an investment property, do you try to arrange the mortgage so you get maximum cash flow from it right away, like refinance it so it will take longer to pay off the property as a whole but your monthly payment is lower so you get greater cash flow right away.
