Got My First Deal Done. Now What Do I Do?
Hello there!
I'm a newbie wholesaler. Just last week, I was able to make $3k in my first wholesale deal ( a JV deal, actually).
My question now is this...what is the best way to use some of the money I earned from that deal to find more deals? MY biggest challenge has been finding leads.
Is there a program by an expert you suggest me investing in to help? A good lead-generator? Or should I do old-fashioned marketing like direct mail? Facebook ads? Basically, what is the best way to use what I just earned to make even more deals?
Thanks for your input!
