First Meeting With Bank
My wife and I are new to investing and looking for your advice. We have an appointment with the VP of a local bank on Monday. What sort of information should we take and what questions should we ask? We're interested to see what programs/options we may have with this bank. We are looking to purchase buy and hold properties that likely will need some repair. Thank you in advance for your input.

No the second visit was a different banker. That was 16 years ago and the "first banker" is still with that bank. I have never been back to that bank and will never do business with her.
My point was just that there are lots of banks and if the first one doesn't work out, just keep going until you find the right fit.
