My wife and I are new to investing and looking for your advice.  We have an appointment with the VP of a local bank on Monday.  What sort of information should we take and what questions should we ask?  We're interested to see what programs/options we may have with this bank.  We are looking to purchase buy and hold properties that likely will need some repair.  Thank you in advance for your input.

Mine just arrived today. I'm nearly finished with How To Invest In Real Estate The Beginners Guide and am excited to dive into the BRRRR book.
