New To Real Estate: Investor or Agent?
Hi All,
I am new to Real Estate and have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for about a week now. I really would like to know the Pro's & Con's of both especially starting brand new into real estate.
I have very little money to be able to invest at the moment (more to come in the next three months) so I'm not sure if Investing is the right option for me. On the other side, I have little knowledge of what a real estate agent actually does. The ultimate question is "should I be an Investor or a Real Estate Agent?"
Thank you so much for your help in advance!
