Can a regular Joe make it?
Hello All, I am new to the forum and I suddenly have a need to buy a rental unit . I live in Los Angeles and interested in purchasing an income property in a “class C” neighborhood in another state .
Can a regular joe with a regular job make it work? I am seeking advice from people that have been in my shoes and from seasoned pros . I have absolutely no knowledge except from what I’ve watched on YouTube yesterday. Please give me some hope!
