Not sure how to start
I'm about 8 years from retirement age, with just a few thousand in savings and a 401k that's smaller than the national average for people my age. However, I have excellent credit and over $160k in equity in the house I live in. I want to invest in rental properties for cash flow. Did I get into the REI game too late?
